Jafrum International is a Charlotte-based retailer of motorcycle helmets, jackets, luggage and accessories that grew out of eBay sales and wanted to expand into a full-featured online storefront without the cost and complexity of on‑premise systems. QuickBooks and a standalone webstore required too many manual processes, so Jafrum sought an integrated cloud commerce solution to support multi‑channel growth.

Jafrum implemented NetSuite SuiteCommerce/OneWorld with integrated financials, inventory, order management, CRM and marketing, plus the OZLINK SuiteApp for FedEx automation. The integrated solution centralized multi‑channel management (webstore, eBay, Amazon), improved efficiency and real‑time visibility, supported expansion to 5,000 SKUs including parts, and drove results such as a 59% increase in website traffic (2011–2012), higher conversion from targeted emails, and savings of one IT FTE while enabling a cost‑efficient distributed team.
