Dent Wizard is a North American provider of auto reconditioning and locksmith services serving auctions, dealerships, rental agencies and insurers, with roughly 1,800 employees (about 1,500 field technicians). After a 2010 private equity acquisition the company was required to move off an AS/400 legacy ERP and needed a flexible, scalable cloud platform that reduced IT overhead and supported mobile field workers.
Dent Wizard implemented NetSuite OneWorld and NetSuite Fixed Assets Management to centralize financials and inventory, enable data exchange via NetSuite’s Web Services API, and lay groundwork for mobile dashboards. Since going live in 2012 the company’s revenue has grown 60%, it now processes more than 1.8 million invoices annually, and it has streamlined operations, improved inventory tracking and delivered cost efficiencies valued by its owner.
