meinestadt.de is a German online marketplace that helps users make major life decisions—job, car, home or partner—across 11,000 cities, and is a leading job market for vocational professionals. During a 2012 strategic realignment the company needed a flexible ERP with a centralized database and real‑time transparency to unify commercial processes and meet demanding reporting deadlines.

meinestadt.de implemented NetSuite OneWorld with partner Alta Via (project began Nov 2013, went live Jan 2014), using REST and server‑to‑server integrations to automate order creation, invoicing and PDF archiving. The result: real‑time finance and controlling data, fast monthly reporting, streamlined web shop order handling and a platform open for further integrations (CRM, HR, incoming invoices).
