Meltwater implemented NetSuite OneWorld (in a three-month rollout) with integrations via Dell Boomi and Avalara to unify finance, billing, revenue recognition and tax compliance. The single cloud platform consolidated operations across 32 countries and 57 offices, cut the monthly close to about one week, automated transactions in nearly 15 currencies and multi‑language documentation, enabled a seamless lead-to-order-to-cash flow (handling ~3,000 orders/month), simplified revenue management, improved planning, increased collections on delinquent accounts by 60% and helped reduce customer churn.
