ABS-CBN Global, the international arm of Philippine media company ABS-CBN, was hampered by a patchwork of regional applications that made it slow to roll out products, lacked worldwide visibility into sales and inventory, and required constant IT intervention. The subsidiary needed a more structured, consistent CRM and reporting approach that could also align with its parent company’s SAP instance.
ABS-CBN implemented NetSuite ERP and CRM in a two-tier model with integrated reporting to the corporate SAP system and added the NetSuite Advanced Partner module for dealer self-service. The deployment delivered a single version of the truth, faster product rollouts across platforms, a unified customer database, empowered business users with self-service (reducing IT dependence), and more flexible, reliable CRM, inventory, sales, accounting and fulfillment processes.
