To scale beyond its 70‑person operation, the 20‑year‑old firm needed to replace inefficient, disconnected on‑premise systems (Infor FACTS ERP, Infor Saleslogix CRM and TimeLinx) that hampered revenue recognition, services management and financial reporting.
Working with NetSuite Professional Services, InSource deployed NetSuite CRM, ERP, SuiteProjects and SuiteBilling to unify project accounting, billing, time and expense, and renewals. The cloud solution improved efficiencies (35% in deferred revenue management, 30% in order‑to‑cash), enabled a 10–12% rise in contracts across 1,100 maintenance agreements without new headcount, replaced nearly all of 16 on‑premise apps, and delivered $200K–$300K in annual savings while supporting custom workflows and partner integrations.
