Little Ones Poverty Relief Makes a Difference for Underserved Children in China

Little Ones Poverty Relief, a Hong Kong–based nonprofit on Lantau Island, works to alleviate malnutrition among underserved children in remote areas of China. As a 2012 startup with a small, nontechnical team and tight budgets, the organization needed proven accounting and business management capabilities but could not afford costly on‑premise software and IT.

Through Oracle NetSuite Social Impact, Little Ones deployed NetSuite ERP and CRM (live January 2013) with free/discounted licenses and pro bono implementation support, creating a single accessible data source for staff. The solution simplified accounting and fundraising, enabled beneficiary and donor profiling, multilingual CRM and volunteer management, and freed resources to focus on program delivery and measuring social impact.
