Life Interiors is a Sydney-based modern furniture retailer founded by brothers Basil and Geoff Karam that grew from eBay sellers to physical showrooms. As the business scaled, disparate MYOB accounting and Excel-based inventory and order management hindered their omnichannel ambitions and operational visibility.

They implemented NetSuite (initially JCurve ERP, then upgraded to NetSuite Wholesale Distribution) to unify inventory, orders and financials across online and in-store, B2B and B2C channels. The platform now manages 5,000 SKUs and 120 suppliers, enabling tripled order volume with minimal overhead, opening two large showrooms, faster expansion plans (including Dubai) and improved real-time customer experiences.
