Bisnow, LLC is a New York–based publishing and events company serving the commercial real estate industry, running roughly 30 events per month across three countries and generating about $23M in annual revenue. When their VP of finance reviewed systems, he found Intacct could not handle the company’s complex revenue recognition needs or integrate effectively with ticketing and CRM, forcing manual spreadsheets and labor‑intensive ticket sales and invoicing processes.
In May 2017 Bisnow implemented NetSuite OneWorld with NetSuite Professional Services, integrating Braintree for ticketing and Salesforce for CRM to automate end‑to‑end finance and revenue recognition across sponsorships, ads and ticket sales. Within months the finance team saved about five hours weekly on ticket revenue tasks, gained real‑time dashboards for cash and sales, improved forecasting and profitability insights, and positioned the business to expand into additional U.S. cities, the U.K. and Ireland.
