Kenway Consulting, a Chicago-based management and technology firm founded in 2004, builds client-focused services around the guiding principle “To Help and Be Helped.” Growing to about 50–99 employees with core capabilities in information insight, technology solution delivery and enterprise program leadership, Kenway faced a tangled patchwork of tools—spreadsheets, custom apps and multiple CRM/PSA systems—that hampered time and expense reporting, forecasting and resource planning.

Kenway consolidated on NetSuite CRM and NetSuite OpenAir (choosing them over Salesforce.com and Workday), automating processes and improving visibility.
