Case Study: Jonathan Adler achieves rapid global retail and distribution growth with Oracle NetSuite

A Oracle NetSuite Case Study

Preview of the Jonathan Adler Case Study

Jonathan Adler Powers Thriving Global Retail and Distribution Business on NetSuite

Jonathan Adler, the Modern American Glamour home furnishings brand founded by designer Jonathan Adler, sells pottery, textiles, furniture and accessories through 21 branded stores, wholesale partners and online. The company’s rapid growth was being throttled by disconnected, “version-locked” systems—Sage MAS 90 for accounting, Retail Pro for inventory and a homegrown ecommerce platform—limiting visibility and agility.

Jonathan Adler consolidated finance, inventory and order management on NetSuite OneWorld (with NetSuite Work Orders & Assemblies) and integrated Bronto for email marketing, implemented with NetSuite Professional Services. Since the 2012 deployment they’ve expanded from 18 to 21 stores, grown wholesale partners from 500 to 1,000 across 30 countries, increased SKUs from 12,000 to 33,000, and now onboard new stores in hours while gaining real-time, omnichannel visibility and streamlined multi-currency and subsidiary management.
