International Wine Accessories (IWA), a Petaluma-based retailer and manufacturer of high-end wine cabinets, coolers and accessories, had been running on QuickBooks and disparate proprietary systems that made financials, inventory, order management, CRM and ecommerce difficult to manage as the business scaled. The company needed a unified, cloud-based platform to streamline operations, improve customer service and simplify marketplace and product data management.

IWA implemented NetSuite ERP, NetSuite CRM and SuiteCommerce Advanced, plus a DSI digital supply chain integration and the NetSuite Connector for marketplaces.
