Infopark Picks NetSuite to Integrate and Automate its Business Processes

Infopark, a Berlin-based web software company founded in 1994 with about 70 employees, needed to replace its SAP system and move fully to a cloud-first, German‑localized ERP that was easy to use and could support customization, integration and data import. The company also wanted tight integration with its new SaaS product, Scrivito, and considered solutions like Sage, Navision and SAP before deciding on NetSuite.

Infopark implemented NetSuite OneWorld and Financials with partner Alta Via, going live at the start of the 2016 fiscal year after a rapid rollout. Using NetSuite APIs they automated invoicing and payment posting with Scrivito, migrated multi-year booking data from SAP, and streamlined processes so just two users manage finance and close the month in under two hours — while leaving room for further automation and added user roles.
