Indian Nonprofit Scales its HIV Treatment and Prevention Mission

YRG CARE, a Chennai‑based nonprofit and one of India’s oldest organizations focused on HIV and related infectious diseases, expanded from awareness and education to clinical care, inpatient services and labs across India. As the organization scaled, its legacy mix of Tally, spreadsheets and paper processes could not support growing financial, procurement and inventory needs or meet funder reporting requirements.

A donated Oracle NetSuite solution (OneWorld and Advanced Inventory), implemented by Inspirria Cloudtech, centralized finance and inventory management. The nonprofit cut accounting staff from 12 to 8 while its budget grew from $1.2M to $4.4M, eliminated two procurement roles, reduced monthly close time from 45 to 10 days, improved audit‑ready reporting for funders, and now tracks medication expirations and tax obligations more effectively.
