Image Mission Taps NetSuite so it can Focus on the Mission at Hand

Image Mission Ltd., a Singapore nonprofit that provides interview coaching, professional styling and career mentoring to disadvantaged residents, struggled as a new organization without funding or efficient systems. Reliant on spreadsheets and Word documents, staff spent excessive time on manual data entry, volunteer intake and compliance reporting, which slowed client processing and hindered visibility into operations.

Through an Oracle NetSuite Social Impact software donation and the Suite Pro Bono implementation program, Image Mission deployed NetSuite ERP to automate volunteer intake with online forms and consolidate financials, inventory and donation tracking. The new system reduced errors and administrative work, giving staff more time with clients, and positioned the nonprofit to train more users, build a fundraising portal and expand its goal to help 400 clients by March 2017.
