Workable is a fast-growing Greek HR technology startup that helps companies like Domino’s, Deloitte and Porsche source and evaluate candidates across 100 countries. As the business expanded to four territories and handled thousands of invoices and multicurrency subsidiaries, its finance team was struggling with manual invoicing, reconciliation and slow monthly closes that could take up to 45 days.

Workable implemented NetSuite OneWorld along with NetSuite Planning & Budgeting and SuiteProjects (via NetSuite Professional Services) and integrated it with their CRM to automate invoicing, revenue recognition and project accounting. The changes cut monthly finance processing from about 75 hours to 11 hours, reduced the full financial close from 45 days to eight, and gave the company scalable, modular tools to support continued global growth.
