Hong Kong-based Cosmosupplylab Gains Agility with NetSuite

Cosmosupplylab, a Hong Kong–based manufacturer and global supplier of accessories for leading technology and mobile devices, grew rapidly to about 10,000 employees and $300M in revenue. Its growth exposed limits in Excel-based processes and a prior Epicor deployment, which lacked the scalability and global visibility the company needed.

Working with ONE Consulting, Cosmosupplylab implemented NetSuite OneWorld for about 250 users—starting with fixed assets and financials in Hong Kong and then adding demand planning and manufacturing in China. NetSuite’s multi-currency/multi-language capabilities and automated workflows replaced manual approvals, unified reporting, saved time, improved accuracy, simplified partner communications, and set the company up to expand into new markets and add CRM functionality.
