Fluance, a Niagara Falls–based manufacturer and B2C e‑commerce retailer of high‑performance speakers, turntables and home‑theater systems, grew rapidly from a small retail shop founded in 1999 to a 100‑employee business. As sales increased, QuickBooks, Microsoft Access and Excel could no longer support the company’s needs, and labor‑intensive, paper‑heavy processes created bottlenecks that required a scalable ERP solution.
In 2009 Fluance implemented NetSuite (along with Bronto email marketing and NetSuite Professional Services) to unify financials, order and inventory management, CRM and customer support. The cloud platform now handles transactions with contract manufacturers, 3PL fulfillment and the e‑commerce site, improving efficiency and providing the scalability that enabled the company’s continued rapid growth.
