Hawk Ridge Systems, a leading value-added reseller and the #1 worldwide SolidWorks reseller, grew from a 30-person, six-office business into a 190-person, 18-location company serving over 26,000 customers. Hawk Ridge implemented NetSuite (with Avalara for U.S. tax calculations) to unify ERP and CRM, automate workflows from quote to invoice, and provide real-time data access across locations and mobile users.
