Good Sports is a Quincy, MA nonprofit that provides sports equipment to disadvantaged youth. The organization relied on disconnected systems (Sage, QuickBooks and Excel) and had no robust inventory integration, which consumed staff time and prevented a single cloud-based system of record to support its processes.

Using NetSuite through NetSuite.org (Financials, Inventory Management and Site Builder) and pro bono help from SuiteVolunteers, Good Sports implemented an integrated commerce and financial backend with real-time visibility into its 10,000‑sq‑ft distribution center and eliminated double entry and siloed data. The cloud solution helped the nonprofit manage records for 10,000 donors, reduce operational costs via discounted software, and support distribution of $10 million in equipment impacting 850,000 kids nationwide.
