Global Fitness and Leisure (GFL) is an Australian retailer and wholesaler that grew over 17 years from a small bicycle wholesaler into a multi-brand B2C and B2B merchant selling bikes, fitness and playground equipment. As sales and product lines expanded across four brands, GFL outgrew spreadsheets and entry-level MYOB accounting and needed an integrated, scalable system to manage finances, inventory and ecommerce.

GFL implemented NetSuite and SuiteCommerce Advanced as a unified platform for financials, inventory, ecommerce and case management across its brands. Since going live, ecommerce sales have jumped 70%, overall revenue is growing about 15% annually, site page views rose 50–100% and bounce rates fell from 15% to 4%. GFL has also doubled warehouse locations, expanded retail partnerships and gained faster reporting and operational efficiency for better decision-making.
