Furniture Startup Continues to Grow Through Expansion, New Product Development

MYCS, a Berlin‑based furniture startup founded in 2014, offers customizable, affordably priced furniture with short delivery times and has scaled rapidly to about 150 employees handling roughly 60 orders per day across multiple locations, with a central warehouse in Poland and 3PL assembly partners. From day one the company needed a scalable ERP to support expanding product lines, multiple sites and growing order volumes without heavy IT overhead.

MYCS implemented NetSuite OneWorld (with Alta Via Consulting) in early 2015, using its easy administration to run the system without an in‑house developer for 18 months. Their custom product configurator and a Suitelet “assembly app” were integrated with NetSuite to manage lead‑to‑cash and procure‑to‑pay, while hosting and updates are handled externally. The result is a low‑maintenance, fully scalable platform that simplifies onboarding and lets MYCS add users and enter new markets quickly while focusing on sales and logistics.
