Finis, Inc., founded in 1993 by Olympic gold medalist Pablo Morales, designs and sells swim-training products worldwide and manufactures in the US and Europe. Rapid growth, a thriving eCommerce channel and major retail partners created complex logistics: too many manual order touches, rising fulfillment costs, frequent pick-and-pack errors and retailer charge-backs.

Finis implemented OzLINK and NetSuite with SPS Commerce integration, adding wireless barcode scanning, automated ASN handling and UCC128 compliance labeling to streamline omni-channel fulfillment. The result: manual touches halved (4,200 to 2,100), picking/fulfillment errors dropped 85%, retailer charge-backs fell 70%, and the company realized about $120K in annual savings.
