element61 is a Brussels-based business intelligence consultancy that advises Belgian clients on analytics platforms and grew rapidly to an €8m company with about 50 consultants (rising to ~100 after a merger). The result: automated resource scheduling across dozens of projects, a CRM with ~12,000 contacts, up to 200 invoices processed monthly, and elimination of external VAT and tax reporting services.
