The company faced inventory and fulfillment issues caused by incompatibility between QuickBooks and a fulfillment partner’s Mail Order Manager, plus time-consuming manual processes for leads, sales orders and invoicing — and wanted to avoid the cost and complexity of on‑premise ERP software.

Eco-Bags moved to NetSuite’s cloud suite (financials, inventory, CRM and Site Builder) with free/discounted licensing from NetSuite.org and automated large-customer transactions via B2BGateway EDI.
