Softprom is a Vienna-based distributor and systems integrator that sells about 40 leading software solutions across eight countries in Eastern Europe and Russia, serving over a thousand business customers and roughly 5,000 resellers. The company—about 100 employees—struggled with fragmented, country-specific accounting systems, heavy customization and development costs, thousands of localized invoices each year, and a lack of centralized insight to analyze and control sales and marketing processes.

Softprom implemented NetSuite OneWorld and NetSuite Inventory Management as a cloud ERP/CRM to consolidate data, streamline localized invoicing and taxation, and centralize sales and campaign reporting. The solution supports around 10,000 invoices and 160–180 marketing campaigns annually, giving field managers better pipeline visibility, more reliable reporting, reduced local IT overhead and improved sales and marketing effectiveness.
