Eastern European Retailer Cuts Costs by a Third After Adopting Cloud ERP Solution

Z&A Stores is a luxury fashion and homewares retailer founded in 2005 that operates over 20 designer-brand stores across Armenia, Georgia and Hungary and employs about 350 people. Rapid expansion, the launch of an online store and evolving international trade and technology requirements exposed the limits of its custom in‑house systems, which were costly to maintain and unable to provide timely, accurate information.

The company implemented NetSuite OneWorld to unify ecommerce, financials and inventory management across multiple countries and product lines, managing more than 200,000 SKUs. Moving to the cloud delivered faster, more accurate reporting and operational efficiency, cutting costs by 32% and supporting planned regional expansion and a broader group rollout.
