Champion Fiberglass, a Houston-based manufacturer founded in 1988 by a chemical engineer, produces corrosion-resistant fiberglass conduits for niche applications like tunnels and has grown to capture a large share of its market while earning ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications. After a 2016 fire destroyed its facility and its legacy Sage MAS 200 system proved inflexible, the company needed a cloud-based ERP to support recovery, expansion and more modern operations.

Champion implemented NetSuite OneWorld (with SuitePeople Payroll, Work Orders & Assemblies and NetSuite CRM) via NetSuite Professional Services. The move streamlined financials, improved production planning and inventory visibility, enabled customers to track orders and mission-critical stock online, replaced Microsoft Dynamics CRM in 2020, and supported capacity expansion and ongoing projects such as warehouse barcoding.
