Candy.com is an online retailer offering over 6,000 types of candy from more than 5,000 manufacturers. When big-box retailers began requesting large-scale fulfillment, Candy.com needed greater real-time order visibility, tighter inventory control for often-perishable products, and a scalable drop-ship process that could work with suppliers of varying technical capabilities.

Candy.com implemented Logicbroker within NetSuite to provide end-to-end automated EDI, integrate the shopping cart and ERP, and create a portal for smaller drop-shippers to receive and fulfill orders. The integration improved inventory visibility, sped partner onboarding, and streamlined warehouse communications — enabling Candy.com to expand its drop-ship network (from a handful of suppliers to dozens), launch new marketplaces faster, and drive increased sales.
