Case Study: Brother Max achieves efficiency and growth with Oracle NetSuite

A Oracle NetSuite Case Study

Preview of the Brother Max Case Study

Brother Max Replaces SAP Business One with NetSuite for Efficiency and Growth

Brother Max, a Harpenden-based designer, manufacturer and retailer of baby feeding and care products, outgrew its decade-old on-premise SAP Business One. The legacy system provided inflexible reporting, poor support and limited access to timely information, and upgrading SAP would have cost more than replacing it — leaving the company without the visibility and control needed across inventory, orders and global suppliers.

In May 2014 Brother Max implemented NetSuite International Edition with services from Keystone Delta, replacing SAP. The cloud ERP delivered real-time reporting, workflow-driven automation, multi-location inventory visibility (40 SKUs across nine Chinese manufacturers and 3PLs), multi-currency transactions and landed costing — streamlining operations with ~30 UK retailers and distributors in 18 countries, improving efficiency, scalability and readiness for direct-to-consumer ecommerce.
