BRLO Craft Beer Quenches Germany’s Thirst with a Carefully-Brewed Inventory System

BRLO Craft Beer is a Berlin-based craft brewery founded by university friends that expanded rapidly from contract brewing to multiple taprooms, retail bottles and a 20,000-hectolitre production site. Rapid growth exposed operational pain points: separate systems for sales and accounting (DrinkLine and Datev), no warehouse management, and poor visibility into stock, orders and production that caused delays and inaccuracies.

BRLO implemented NetSuite OneWorld with Crafted ERP, a brewery-specific add-on, consolidating sales, production, logistics, finance and CRM on a single platform. The unified system gave real-time stock and order visibility, automated brewery processes (keg shipping, fermentation tracking), supported co-manufacturing and created customs/export documentation, improving cross-departmental collaboration and enabling further expansion in Germany and Europe.
