BagoSphere Opens Career Doors for Young Workers in the Philippines With NetSuite

BagoSphere is a Philippines-based training organization that provides intensive communication and IT programs to help high school and college graduates secure full-time work and escape poverty. With 24 employees and more than 551 graduates to date, the nonprofit faced fragmented data across QuickBooks, Google Sheets and QuickSchools, which made it hard to track student acquisition, enrollment, billing and align its curriculum to employer needs.

With a donated NetSuite ERP and CRM implemented by TechForGood, BagoSphere centralized its data and replaced disparate systems. The change enabled real-time reporting, faster decision-making and improved tracking of leads, conversions and alumni activity—making five departments more efficient, reducing reporting time and helping the organization better prepare students for jobs (80% of graduates are now employed).
