The Australian Institute of Management (AIM) is a nonprofit training organisation with about 20,000 members that needed to move from on‑premise systems to a cloud environment while preparing for a national merger of standalone divisions. AIM sought a simple, cost‑effective way to connect its newly adopted NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM to eliminate manual work, custom coding and siloed data.

AIM deployed Informatica Cloud to provide native, bi‑directional integration between NetSuite and Salesforce, initially at the NSW/ACT division and then as a template for the merged entities. The integration delivered a real‑time 360° view of customers and leads, automated sales‑to‑cash processes (opportunities → financial records → invoices), dramatically simplified revenue recognition, reduced manual effort and extended mobile access for sales staff.
