Acceleris AG Trades Information Silos for a Uniform Database

Acceleris AG is a Swiss IT services firm of about 50 employees and CHF 40M in revenue that had been running ProFinance ERP and SugarCRM as separate systems. Those two standalone solutions created information silos, prevented end-to-end process mapping, and left sales without direct access to invoices and a consistent company-wide view.

Working with partner Inplenion, Acceleris implemented NetSuite ERP, NetSuite CRM and SuiteProjects in four months and consolidated CRM and transactional data into a single cloud database. The unified system now supports the full sales-to-billing process, eliminates duplicate data entry and internal email traffic, improves operational visibility, enabled a new bottom-up budgeting model, and is being refined further through ongoing optimizations and user training.
