WNS is a global business process management company with more than 27,000 professionals serving Fortune 500–2000 clients. To expand its CFO customer base in the US and UK and promote its Finance & Accounting (F&A) services, WNS faced the challenge of repositioning the CFO role from “bean counter” to strategic partner while managing multi-channel campaign and lead workflows.

WNS ran a targeted F&A e-mail campaign using Oracle Marketing Cloud, aligning content to CFO functional areas and tracking prospect behavior across channels. Within 8 weeks of development and 8 weeks of sales follow-up, unique e-mail open rates rose from 6% to 15% (1.5x), finance newsletters now reach more than 4,000 clients worldwide, the sales pipeline was strengthened, and marketing collaboration improved.
