Upskilled, an Australian registered training organisation, relied on a two-person marketing team that struggled to maintain customer contact and generate qualified leads. Campaigns were one-size-fits-all with little personalization or dynamic content, forms and materials were hard to create, and the company faced lead leakage, falling conversion rates and inaccurate CRM data.

Working with Marketing Cube, Upskilled implemented Oracle Marketing Cloud and integrated it with their CRM, JobReady student system and website to add landing pages, forms, personalization and progressive profiling. Within six months the contact database grew 46% to over 54,000, website visits rose 142%, email click-throughs increased 110% and revenue from emails doubled in under eight months, while admin time dropped by about 25 hours per month.
