Schibsted Media Group, Norway’s largest subscription-based news and media company with more than 24 brands and over 600,000 paying subscribers, was facing high churn as it shifted from print to digital. The campaign-driven solution lifted first renewal rates by 3%, digital consumption by 23%, and annual revenue by about US$800,000, while improving open rates 13%, clickthroughs 52%, average revenue per user 5% and newsletter engagement 121%, plus sizable gains in retention and campaign performance.
