NGA Human Resources, a global B2B HR services provider with 8,000 staff supporting 6 million employees in 100+ countries, needed to run a simultaneous, multi‑country campaign promoting four webinars to senior HR, IT and payroll professionals across 11 countries. The challenge was to deliver responsive, localized content in multiple languages, overcome EMEA market complexity, and establish a repeatable process for translating and localizing future campaigns.

Using Oracle Eloqua for marketing automation, NGA created localized emails and landing pages, applied lead scoring, and ran A/B tests with support from an in‑house shared service center. The campaign sent 63,000 emails to 15,000 contacts, drove a 45% increase in open rates and a 90% higher clickthrough rate, produced 366 landing‑page downloads, 300 event registrations (166 attendees), and established a scalable roadmap for international campaign localization and content reuse.
