Working with Oracle Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cube, Hunter Douglas built an integrated digital ecosystem that automates targeted, co‑branded emails, captures post‑purchase reviews via Trustpilot, and segments dealer-specific testimonials for display on each dealer’s site. The program consolidated nearly 50,000 contacts, boosted email open rates by 50%, and lifted public review scores from 1.6/5 (32%) to 9.5/10 (95%), while improving lifecycle tracking, dealer loyalty, leads and local sales conversions.
