Hunter Douglas, the maker of Luxaflex window coverings and supplier to about 150 dealers across Australia, faced slipping repeat and referral business and lacked a way to capture and amplify the many satisfied-customer experiences. Their existing marketing automation couldn’t track customers from enquiry to purchase and post-purchase feedback, leaving negative reviews—though few—to disproportionately damage dealer sales.

Working with Oracle Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cube, Hunter Douglas built an integrated digital ecosystem that automates targeted, co‑branded emails, captures post‑purchase reviews via Trustpilot, and segments dealer-specific testimonials for display on each dealer’s site. The program consolidated nearly 50,000 contacts, boosted email open rates by 50%, and lifted public review scores from 1.6/5 (32%) to 9.5/10 (95%), while improving lifecycle tracking, dealer loyalty, leads and local sales conversions.
