Hitachi implemented Oracle HCM Cloud and related modules (recruiting, social sourcing, onboarding, compensation and analytics), retiring legacy systems and gaining a real‑time, enterprise view of talent. The rollout improved recruitment marketing and tracking (including social media), automated onboarding and global reporting, delivered consistent self‑service for employees and managers, reduced sourcing costs, doubled employee referrals from 17% to 35%, and provided a scalable, integrated cloud platform alongside Sales and Marketing Cloud.
