ESET is a global IT‑security company serving more than 110 million users through a network of resellers across 200+ countries. To support rapid growth it needed a way to standardize and automate B2B and B2C email marketing across 14 regional offices and hundreds of distributors, consolidate leads and disparate data from multiple CRMs and web forms, and rapidly test and scale targeted campaigns to improve engagement and lead quality.

ESET implemented Oracle Marketing Cloud (Oracle Eloqua and Oracle Responsys) to centralize data, automate hundreds of programs, standardize global forms, and run multivariate tests. Within six months it increased qualified sales leads, boosted open and click-to-open rates through better segmentation and personalization, enabled rapid market rollouts from single-market tests, and achieved major operational efficiencies (including meeting 99% of regional marketing needs and allowing one person to manage B2C email for the entire DACH region).
