Using Oracle Marketing Cloud’s responsive, cross-channel solution and a new kinetic email module, B&Q piloted an interactive mobile-friendly format that produced strong results: responder-to-open rates rose 18% across 1.2 million customers (32% among club members), the campaign generated 42,000 website click-throughs, and time spent per email fell 30% while engagement depth increased — a model B&Q can replicate going forward.
