Oracle Exadata was used alongside Oracle Big Data Appliance and Oracle Exalogic to meet these needs.
With Oracle Exadata, Telefónica unified its CRM and business intelligence environment, improved data processing and monitoring, and enabled real-time targeting and service optimization. The results included cutting lead follow-up time from 48 hours to real time, reducing CRM audience targeting time from more than 20 days to real time, lowering the target audience by 30%, reducing time-to-market for new data sources by 90%, and tripling the cost efficiency of its BI infrastructure.
