Karam Group chose Oracle CPQ as part of an Oracle Cloud deployment to modernize its sales operations. Facing a need for a 360-degree view of customers and to automate the sales cycle from lead to order fulfillment, Karam Group selected Oracle CPQ along with Oracle CX Service to replace legacy, manual processes.

Oracle CPQ delivered a cloud-based Configure, Price, Quote and CRM integration that centralized customer data and automated quoting and order workflows. As a result, Karam Group achieved a more streamlined lead-to-order process, improved order fulfillment and visibility, and gained the ability to measure and accelerate sales-cycle performance using Oracle CPQ.
