Broadcom, the semiconductor and software company, faced a major customer-relationship challenge after a wave of acquisitions transformed it from serving a few large customers to managing thousands of accounts of all sizes. With a seven-month deadline to replace legacy systems and improve integration with back-end processes, Broadcom turned to Oracle CPQ, along with Oracle Sales and Oracle DataFox Data Management, to support its new business model.

Oracle CPQ helped Broadcom deploy a unified sales and quoting platform across eight countries in six months, without disrupting sales operations. Oracle also supported the migration of 30,000 contracts and 200,000 customers, automatic generation of more than 200,000 renewals, and improved sales operations through local currency support, better compensation management, and enriched account data.
