Manual forms and paper workflows made payouts error‑prone, offered no centralized reporting or visibility into contest rankings, and reduced participation and confidence in programs.
Optymyze built a standardized SPIF application that automates complex programs, embeds business logic and approval workflows, and integrates with PC Connection’s compensation system. Product managers can create clear offers, finance spends less time and makes fewer errors, and salespeople get on‑demand visibility to eligibility, rank and payout—resulting in higher participation and more effective, measurable SPIFs (with plans to let vendors enter SPIFs directly).
