Optymyze, a provider of cloud sales performance and compensation solutions, partnered with a multinational private and corporate bank that managed compensation across dozens of countries and hundreds of branches. The bank struggled with inconsistent country-by-country workflows, multiple currencies, decentralized payment and compliance controls, lack of centralized and drill-down reporting, and only monthly static reports when daily data was needed.
Optymyze standardized processes and workflows and implemented a central sales compensation management solution and data repository for the entire network, enabling automated dispute workflows and clearer plan communications. As a result the bank gained comprehensive local-to-executive reporting, daily dashboards with up-to-the-day performance (up to 30× faster feedback), transaction-level drill-down, fewer errors and redundancies, and better-aligned sales behavior across markets.
