Favbet, a European sports betting and gaming company founded in 1999 with over one million customers, needed to move away from manual, Excel-based marketing operations and undifferentiated communications. CMO Rudenko Nik tasked the team with building a customer-centric, automated CRM that uses predictive and ML-driven insights to personalize communications and drive retention.

Using Optimove, Favbet implemented scalable predictive analytics, large-scale automated segmentation and offer selection, enabling marketers to run hundreds of hypotheses and communicate across 500+ microsegments (weekly sends to ~50 segments). The result was dramatic: a 200% increase in average player LTV (tripling LTV), 90% more monthly active players, 140% higher total deposits and a 255% rise in monthly revenue.
