Weiler Abrasives, a fourth-generation manufacturer turned global surface-conditioning solutions provider with 1,300 employees across eight countries, needed to modernize how customers and distributors access its products and information. The company embarked on a digital transformation to create a single source of product truth and a global, fully responsive, multi‑lingual ecommerce site that could integrate with their PIM and serve different user personas.

Weiler implemented a PIM and launched a new site on Optimizely B2B Commerce Cloud (August 2019) for its strong PIM integration, persona-aware interface and roadmap. The result is a dynamic, 24/7 ecommerce experience with powerful search, localized seller-finding and enriched product content—making it easier for customers and distributors to find and buy Weiler products worldwide.
