Optimizely’s Digital Experience Platform was implemented to support a global site hierarchy, regional personalization, and complex product management for Vertiv’s internal teams. The result was stronger engagement, with reported gains of 42% new users on site, 47% overall page views, and 26% on-site sessions, while Vertiv’s Optimizely-powered experience now serves 4 to 5 million visitors annually.
